Firefighters rescue boy with head stuck in handrail

A video has emerged from China of firefighters setting a three-year-old boy free after his head got suck in between the railings of a staircase.
The video, filmed last week in Dalian, Liaoning Province, shows the firefighters cutting out pieces of the handrail to release the boy's head.
