Myanmar telecommunication sector is repidly developed after the foreign investments were allowed in 2011. Until 2009, the sim card lottery system is practiced and the price is equal to 1500 us dollar. Due to the price reduction and better accessibility within a decade, more people can use mobile phones and mobile phones became part of the daily lives in Myanmar.
