During a Wednesday appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher, filmmaker Michael Moore made a bold prediction.
He said, “I think Trump is going to win.”
Moore added, “I'm sorry – I don't want to say it. People are in denial about this, but the chance of him winning is really good. Please don't live in denial about this." (1,3,all)
Maher’s audience wasn’t pleased, but the host responded to their audible disappointment by commenting, "The enemy is complacency, say it everyday… he certainly could win.”
Moore elaborated on his vision of the future, explaining, “I live in Michigan, and let me tell you...it's going to be the Brexit strategy."
He believes if his own great state, along with Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin, go Trump’s way, it would give him the electoral votes he needs to win.
Moore followed up that matter of concern with another. He said, “More people in the Michigan primary voted Republican than Democrat....That should be disturbing to people."
