Car Driver Deliberately Runs Over Motorcyclist's Foot

Occurred on July 7, 2016 / Bath Rd, Slough, UK
Info From Licensor: "I was on my regular commute to work when filtering through traffic I was held up by 2 cars that would not let me in. I gave a little blip of the throttle to let them know I was there but they didn't move over. The person who I had just passed seemed to take offence to that and when the traffic moves forward he deliberately aim's his car at me and runs over my foot. The resulting argument show he did it deliberately."
