Mark Zuckerberg no doubt has access to the finest and most state-of-the-art equipment out there, but when it comes to security, sometimes he prefers to go low-tech.
Seriously low-tech – as in tape, reports The Verge.
On Tuesday, those who took a very close look at a photo posted by Zuckerberg showing him sitting by what’s presumed to be his laptop noticed the computer’s camera was covered with a piece of the sticky stuff.
Some also ventured that the hard-to-make-out material covering the microphone was tape as well, notes The Guardian.
Zuckerberg is not the only high-profile fan of that particular security measure.
According to Business Insider, both Edward Snowden and FBI Director James Comey have also been known to use tape as an additional measure to safeguard their webcams.
