MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA — An Alabama police officer is facing sexual assault charges over allegations he forced a man to perform oral sex on him at gunpoint.
Montgomery cop Deonte Lashawn Hamner, 27, was arrested last week and is being held in the county detention facility on a $60,000 cash bond, AL.com reported.
The alleged incident took place on June 9 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., while Hamner was on duty. According to Montgomery police, Hamner stopped the victim’s vehicle to investigate a noise complaint, AL.com reported.
However, cops aren’t saying where the alleged assault took place, or even if they received a report about noise.
According to court documents, the victim was staring down the barrel of a gun when Hamner forced him to eat a mouthful of his non-department issued meat truncheon, AL.com reported.
Hamner is charged with sodomy in the first degree and has been placed on administrative leave.
