UPSC topper Tina Dabi: Want to be a role model for all girls

Tina Dabi, the Delhi girl, who has topped the Civil Services Examination 2015, on Tuesday, said she was sure about being shortlisted but securing the number one spot was something beyond her dreams.
Dabi also said the mantra of her success is a combination of hard work, patience, focus, and determination. After Tuesdayís feat, Tina has decided to join the Haryana cadre and work towards gender equality in the state with a skewed sex ratio and plagued by allegations of gender discrimination. Dabi has been followed by Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan of Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district.
