Ingredients
2 cups maida
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
Oil for frying
400 gms dark chocolate

Method:
- Make the dough by adding maida, milk, butter, sugar and dry yeast.
- Knead the dough until its soft.
- Make a flat thick surface with rolling pin.
- Make small donuts shapes with the help of cutter or glass
- Keep the donuts aside for 1.5 hour and apply some oil to keep them moist
- Fry the donuts in an moderately hot oil on medium flame
- Sieve some powdered sugar over the donuts
- Double steam the chocolate and white chocolate.
- Pour one side of the donuts in chocolate and keep it aside for 1 and half hours
