Report: Twitter could expand upon 140-character limit

Twitter may be planning on giving its users a bit more wiggle room than the normal 140-character limit. Bloomberg cites a source close to the matter, who says Twitter could make the change to tweet limits within the next two weeks. A report by Recode back in January alleged Twitter was experimenting with the idea of giving users 10,000 characters worth of freedom.
