India's oldest first-time voter ready to go to the polls

New Indian citizens of Masaladanga and nearby residences were all set to vote in state assembly elections Thursday for the first time since independence. Among them: Asgar Ali, India's oldest first-time voter who became an Indian citizen after a transfer of enclaves between India and Bangladesh in 2015, when India and Bangladesh signed a Land Boundary Agreement.
