Strong wind moves fence in the middle of a road

Dramatic footage has emerged from China of strong winds blowing the fence in the middle of the road all over the place.
The video, filmed in Dalian, Liaoning Province on Tuesday, shows the central reservation fence snaking in front of moving cars, as police officers and workers try to push it back.
The road was temporarily blocked and cars were scratched by the moving fence.
According to local reports, a wood stake detached and hit one police officer in the leg, causing minor injuries.
The road was eventually reopened when the fence had been cleared.
