A man was arrested after deliberately tipping over the central reservation fence onto a road in eastern China.

The CCTV video, shot in the city of Xuancheng in Anhui Province on February 1, shows a man named Fang climbing over the central reservation and then repeatedly shaking it until it fell down.

Since Fang thought the central reservations blocked the shortcut to his house, he deliberately shook them down.

Fang was detained by local police on suspicion of deliberately damaging properties, reports said.
