Early Monday morning, firefighters responded to an exterior blaze that was getting dangerously close to a building.
They were successful in putting out the fire, and upon inspecting area, realized they’d unwittingly achieved another triumph – a kitten rescue.
Upon discovering the little ones in a wood pile, the rescue workers pulled them out and rinsed them off.
Before long, their mom showed up and the feline family was back together again.
