Woman's high heels get stuck in escalator

Footage of a woman's high heeled shoe getting stuck in an escalator has emerged from China.

The video, captured in Xi'an, Shanxi Province last Thursday, shows the moment the woman's stiletto gets stuck at the end of the escalator when she is about to step off it.

According to local reports, staff stopped the escalator but it still took them half an hour to free the woman.

Fortunately, she wasn't injured.
