Interest In Declassifying 9/11 Documents Increases As President’s Saudi Arabia Trip Nears
  • 8 years ago
While there has long been an interest in making the final 28 pages of the report regarding 9/11 public, pressure to do so is increasing as President Obama’s trip to Saudi Arabia nears.

Following the 9/11 attacks, a government committee performed an inquiry and compiled a report.
The final chapter of that document, which is believed to detail the involvement of Saudi Arabian nationals, was immediately classified and has remained in that status, reports CBS News.
While there has long been an interest in making those 28 pages public, pressure to do so is reportedly increasing as President Obama’s trip to the Middle East nation nears.
