EU warns of humanitarian crisis as migrants move through Balkans

The EU’s Commissioner for Migration says the situation in the Western Balkans is critical as migrants and refugees face border restrictions. Dimitris Avramopoulos says both EU and non-EU states have a shared responsibility to help those trying to enter Europe. Meanwhile frustrated migrants stuck on the Greek side of the border march towards a crossing into Macedonia.
