Envoy: UN aid reaches 82,000 people in Syria

UN envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura, said after leaving his hotel in Damascus that the UN is "so far pleased about the fact that the aid was able to reach 82,000 people in Syria." Almost half a million people in Syria are in areas under siege, according to the UN.
