In my opinion there better no better bicep workouts or shoulder workouts than P90Xs Shoulders & Arms. It is the ultimate Superhero Workout to sculpt, tone your arms, gain mass, or both.
The moves you see in this video are the round of the first set of the workout dvd. You do these three exercises for your shoulders, biceps, triceps then repeat. After you repeat the three moves you take a 30 second break before the next round.
The name of each move are Alternating Shoulder Press, In-&-Out Bicep Curls, 2 Arm Tricep Kickback.
Whether your goal is 8 to 10 reps or 12-15 youll have time in between sets to recover. Tony Horton does an amazing job instructing and keeping you motivated along with his quirky sense of humor.
If you have yet to try P90X, I highly recommend it. Youll need weights and Im using the Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells 552. You can also use resistance bands or the Power Blocks are a less expensive option than Bowflex.
