By taking selfies, he hid his marriage proposals to his girlfriend for months... Here's why:

Since July 31, 2015, Ray Smith has embarked on a funny project to ask his girlfriend to marry him.
This 38-year old British delivery driver took it upon himself to hide a little piece of paper where he had written "Will you marry me?" in every picture he took with his 33-year old girlfriend, Claire Bramley.
When it was all over, he ended up with 148 photos and just as many marriage proposals, but the one concerned was not aware of any of it! To justify all the photos, he explained to Claire, who was pregnant, that he was taking pictures to keep track of the baby's progress.
He explained to the Metro UK newpaper:
"I told her I was taking the pictures to track the progress of the baby, which was a little bit of a ruse. But when she wanted to look at the picture I had just taken, I had to quickly erase the card from the image."
It was on Christmas Day that finally he officially proposed marriage!
"I had no clue, I was totally oblivious to it all! He told me he was taking the pictures to create memories for the baby so I just let him get on with it. (...) I said yes straight away, I didn’t need to think about it."

Ce chauffeur britannique de 38 ans s’était donné pour objectif de cacher un petit papier où il était écrit « Veux-tu m’épouser » sur toutes les photos qu’il prenait avec sa petite amie de 33 ans, Claire Bramley.
Au final, il s’est retrouvé avec 148 photos et donc autant de demandes en mariage, mais sans que la concernée ne soit au courant ! Pour justifier les photos, il expliquait à Claire qui était enceinte qu’il prenait des photos pour marquer l’évolution de la grossesse de cette dernière.
Il explique au journal Metro Uk:
« Je lui ai dit que je prenais des selfies pour suivre l'évolution de sa grossesse, ce qui était un peu une ruse. Mais quand elle voulait regarder la photo que je venais de prendre, je devais rapidement effacer la carte de l'image ».
C’est le jour de Noël qu’il a enfin fait officiellement sa demande en mariage !
« Je ne me suis rendu compte d'absolument rien ! Il m'a dit qu'il prenait des photos en souvenir pour le bébé, alors je l'ai laissé s'en occuper. (…) J’ai dit oui immédiatement, je n’avais pas besoin de réfléchir».
