North Dakota resident Scott Stockert was reportedly planning to kidnap one of the Obamas’ two family dogs, according to the Secret Service.
A man who was arrested on Wednesday was reportedly plotting to kidnap one of the Obamas' dogs.
WRC reports that the intended victim was, in fact, Bo, a black Portuguese water dog belonging to the first family; however, other major media outlets have not yet corroborated which of their two pets were targeted.
