The state should buy all the buildings that are surrounding the hospital and demolish; they should either demolish them or turn them into its facility, auxiliary facility, or turn them into vineyards and orchards. One gazes out of window and sees a diesel tank; he looks from another angle, and sees the air conditioning of the back façade of the building. It is like a horror movie. Is it even possible?
