Haiti: Runoff Elections Scheduled for Sunday amid Charges of Fraud

The release of October’s final election results on Saturday brought on a wave of violence that left one person dead and a building destroyed by fire in the capital city of Port Au Prince. During the month of November, several government buildings and elections offices were set ablaze across the country, as Haitians protested what they consider an electoral fraud. The results were released just one week ahead of the presidential and legislative runoffs to be held this Sunday. teleSUR
