Haiti: Amid Charges of Fraud, Presidential Runoff Set for February

Electoral authorities in Haiti have announced that a presidential runoff will be held in February. The results of October elections show that no candidates got enough results to win the first round. Although several parties and activists are claiming that the results are fraudulent, the ruling party candidate Juvenel Moise, a young banana businessman, called on his supporters to continue to work on his campaign. teleSUR
