Ahmedabad : Climate change will affect living in Kutch before end of the century, claims Gujarat's first micro-level climate change study by Indian meteorlogical department (IMD). In a paper on future changes in temperature and rainfall in arid Kutch, Dr Jayanta Sarkar, director of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) at Ahmedabad, has predicted medium and long-term rise in both rainfall and mercury.
