5 Stress Reducing Stretches to Help Relax During the Holidays

This five stretch sequence is perfect to do at home, on your lunch break, after a workout, or any time you need a little relaxation. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds to a minute on each side and move through the sequence at your own pace.

1. Seated Torso Rotation
