Leaders of 195 countries meeting at the CIOP21 Climate Change summit in Paris are nearing agreement on a final accord, but differences remain. Among them are issues such as climate-induced human mobility and the women and climate change. Three-quarters of the 26 million people displaced since 2010 due to climate change are women.
