Nga zyra e kryeministrit te zgjedhur, Artan Lame, u ndal gjithashtu edhe te situata kaotike e krijuar ne Tirane, me zhdukjen e hapësirave te gjelbra te kryeqytetit. I menjëhershëm reagimi i bashkise se Tiranës, qe përmes zedheneses Anila Bisha, i ka quajtur akuzat te pavërteta, duke i kujtuar Rames se është përgjegjës per betonizimin e kryeqytetit. Gjate periudhës se fushatës dhe zgjedhjeve, por edhe tani ne fazën e tranzicionit te pushtetit, ne Tirane, por edhe zona te tjera, kryesisht ne bregdet, ka patur nje bum te ndërtimeve pa leje.
