Ajo kërkoi nga legjislativi te amendoje ligjin për ti dhënë mundësi Prokurorisë te apeloje ne Kushtetuese vendimet e Gjykatës se Larte. Shefja e akuzës ishte mjaft kritike edhe ndaj Ministrisë se Drejtësisë, institucion ky qe sipas Ina Rames, ka kryer kontrolle antiligjore dhe ka dezinformuar publikun për punën e Prokurorisë. Referuar kriminalitetit për vitin 2011, kryeprokurorja tha se nuk ka tendence te uljes se korrupsionit, por policia ka ulur rastin e kallëzimeve. Ina Rama pohoi se në vend ka një rritje të koeficientit të kriminalitetit për banorë. Zonat më problematike janë Vlora, Gjirokastra, Durrësi, Korça, Tirana dhe Lezha.
