- 1 chicken – drumsticks, fat pieces with bones and boneless breast pieces
- 500ml of buttermilk
- Bit of Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Self raising flour
- Cornflour
- Sweet Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Onion Powder
- Dry Parsley
- Crushed black pepper
- Oil

- Add a bit of lemon juice and salt to 500 ml of buttermilk
- Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces, and keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours
- In a bowl add Self raising flour ,Cornflour ,Sweet Paprika, Garlic Powder, Cayenne pepper,Onion Powder,Dry Parsley,Crushed black pepper and salt to taste
- Coat the chicken in the dry rub and keep the chicken aside for 10 minutes
- In a pan take inch of Oil, start adding the pieces in the pan. Cover it for 2 minute

And the fried chicken is ready to be served.
