Colombia: ELN Frees 2 Soldiers

The National Liberation Army (ELN) -Colombia's second largest guerrilla organization- freed two soldiers captured during clashes in the province of Boyacá. The soldiers were turned over on Sunday to the Red Cross and the Catholic Church, which mediated the transfer. The ELN is calling on the government to negotiate a peace agreement with them similar to what is currently being discussed with the FARC. teleSUR
