Colombia: ELN Frees Soldiers Captured in October

Two Colombian soldiers who were captured on October 26 by the leftist National Liberation Army (ELN) were handed over this Monday to a commission formed by representatives of the Catholic Church, the Office of the Ombudsman and the International Red Cross Committee. The release took place in the rural Arauca region. After it was verified that they were in suitable condition to travel, they were taken away in Red Cross vehicles to be delivered to the Colombian Army. teleSUR
