Interviews from Havana – Adorgraf: A Small, Socially Active Business

Adorgraf started as a family business and now employs 30 people. It is one example of the small businesses that are being established as Cuba updates its economic model. Adorgraf designs and prints promotional messages and logotypes, and its main clients are state-run enterprises. The business also engages in social activism, and the dream of its President Ruben Valladares, is to remove plastic bags from the stores and replace them with environmentally friendly recycled paper bags. Our host Cristina Escobedo speaks with Valladares about the challenges and potentials of his Adorgraf. teleSUR
