Venezuela: Electricity Grid Attacked, Aimed at Provoking Outtages

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez reported that the country's electricity grid was attacked, with the aim of leaving the central region of the country without power. She explained that such attacks have occurred in the run-up to elections to provoke anxiety and anguish in the population.
