Rescue Efforts Continue in Search of Mudslide Victims

With the death toll from last Thursday night's mudslide in Guatemala at 131 with 300 residents still reported missing, rescue efforts continue. However, they have been hampered by additional rain. Despite the danger of mudslides, which occur every year during rainy season, residents of the poverty stricken communities have few alternatives in terms of relocating their homes.
