Colombian, Venezuelan Ministers Pursue Building Border of Peace

Colombia and Venezuela consider their talks in an effort to resolve border issues. The defense ministers of the two countries met in the Colombian city of Santa Marta a month and a half after Venezuela closed its borders to prevent smuggling and paramilitary activity. This is the second time they have met after Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro signed an agreement to build a new border of peace. teleSUR
