Miso Ginger Dressing Recipe

Miso ginger dressing is the perfect salad dressing for sweet and spicy food lovers. You can add more ginger to make it spicier, replace sugar with honey or agave syrup, and put some more sweetener if desired. Enjoy it with meat salad with greens.

Ingredients:
100 g Miso paste
50 g Fresh ginger
1 tsp. Tomato paste
1 Lime
1 Shallots
1 Garlic clove
50 ml Olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:
Combine miso paste with grated ginger, stir. Add grated garlic and finely chopped shallots.
Squeeze in fresh lime juice. Then add tomato paste, sugar and olive oil. Mix until well-combined.
