Syria: People Hope Peace Will Prevail over War

Despite the war that has plagued Syria for five years, Muslims are celebrating Eid al-Adha, also called the Feast of Sacrifice. It is the second most important holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year. As the people´s determination to resist agression continues, many express their hopes for peace and love instead of blood and grief. The hope peace will prevail over war.
