Surat: After come-back of rain in the city, the risk of diseases stares large at the residents. Waterlogging led to accumulation of garbage in many areas besides filth meandering along the drains, lending an open invitation to various diseases, whose risk rise manifolds during monsoon. The residents await Surat Municipal Corporation's (SMC) action.
