Rajkot : The Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) has started preparation for the second phase of Smart City mission by seeking suggestions from the citizens which will shape a proposal to be submitted to the Centre by December 2015. RMC Commissioner Vijay Nehra said,'The civic body will focus on 24 points given by the Urban Development Ministry and the main focus would be on the citizen partnership, therefore our first phase of seeking suggestions is very important '
