Dec 2 marks the 20th year of the Hatyai Peace Accord. With the Accord, the communist insurgency, which was waged since 1948, ended.
We speak with the person deeply involved in getting the parties to the negotiating table - former police chief Rahim Noor, who was at that time the head of the Special Branch.
