if you Freeze Seeds, they will last indefinitely, but you can't take them out until right before u plant, otherwise they'll self-germinate.
If you MUST store them in Plastic baggies, add some "Sorbent" Packets like the kind u find in other food packaging:
****SECRET: If you can't find those, you can simply add Salt to the bag of Seeds (as it will not harm them) and will only retain moisture when planted and will also act as a Slug repellent
