CCTV shows Police vandalising cars in Ahmedabad - Tv9

Ahmedabad : Following footages of police vandalising vehicles in the society of Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad, police heavy-handedness in the name of curbing Gujarat violence has come under focus. The Gujarat High Court on Thursday ordered a probe into the alleged excess use of police force after violence erupted over an agitation by the Patel community demanding OBC status.
The court has sent a notice to city's Police Commissioner Shivanand Jha and asked him to furnish details of the police action within two weeks.
