Parliament Uncut: Mary Yap loses cool, says PPSMI not meant to improve English

Deputy Education Minister Mary Yap was responding to a question about the good that came out of the teaching and learning of science and mathematics in English programme or PPSMI when she lost her cool at the Kota Bharu MP for interjecting her by telling her to "answer the question". She also explained that PPSMI was not meant to improve the quality of English of the students.
