Parliament Uncut: Zahid - Crime law amendments not return of ISA

Amendments to the Prevention of Crime Act (PCA) 1959 do not represent a return of the Internal Security Act (ISA), Home Minister Zahid Hamidi insisted today, despite refusing to elaborate on the new amendement's provision for detention without trial.
