Explosions & tear gas: Bolivian protesters blast door off govt building, face off vs riot police

In the Bolivian city of Potosi supporters of striking miners clashed with police after blasting the door off a government building. The violence comes after failed negotiations between the government and regional leaders over the course of a week-long miners' protest. They are demanding that President Evo Morales fulfills his promise to build more hospitals and roads, as well as an international airport in the city.
