Jimmy(Saif Ali Khan), Jaggu(Kader Khan) and Gullu(Rakesh) collect all the accessories from the room provided to Jimmy by Kedarnath(Saeed Jaffrey) to live in but a knock on the door create a comic situation.

The story revolves around a boy, Jimmy (Saif Ali Khan), who makes his living by stealing. On the run from hoods, he ends up in Delhi, meets Jyoti (Mamta Kulkarni) and falls in love with her. Jyoti makes him meet her dad, Kedarnath(Saeed jaffrey). It is here that the drama unfolds, as Jimmy gets to know about his past, his parents and how he ended up being a thief.
