Abaya apologizes for MRT mishap, vows help for passengers

Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary Emilio Abaya apologized for the recent mishap that happened to the MRT. The DOTC is now investagating the two train drivers who rammed against the barrier of the Taft Avenue station.
