Gandhinagar: When population growth is coupled with excessive consumption of resources, problems multiply. The population is continuously growing, so the demand of water is also growing. Therefore, the state government has started working on the issue of water scarcity. The spokesperson of the Gujarat government Nitin Patel said with the increase in population, the government is planning to increase the supply of water too to combat scarcity.
