Twerking arrest: Women busted for exposing vaginas, urinating and dancing at gov't office

Three women were arrested following a lewd, public twerking incident outside government offices in a Portland suburb on Monday. The female lawbreakers? They are 20-year-old Christie Velazquez and her friends Brittany Medak, 20, and Leokham Yothsombath, 22.
The impromptu party featuring the provocative dance, indecent exposure and public urination, occurred outside Oregon's Beaverton City Hall building on April 28.
Velazquez was on the way out of the government building after paying a fine for a warrant. She and her friends apparently were unhappy and and so express their dissatisfaction through the medium of twerk.
Witnesses say Velazquez and Medak then exposed their genitals while Yothsombath filmed the behavior on a smartphone.
Moments later, Medak figured she'd make the most of having her panties off by urinating between two parked cars.
The trio drove off but cops pulled them over after a call from horrified officer workers. In the car police found marijuana, pills, and a substance which Yothsombath later described in a Facebook post as "molly", an alternative street name for ecstasy.
The three women now face a list of charges including for drug possession, disorderly conduct and, for the parking lot piss, something called "offensive littering."
