Animal cruelty: Adorable puppies cruelly tossed over fence by school worker - Caught on video

A cruel Texas school worker was caught on tape flinging newborn puppies one by one over the fence of the Harrison County Humane Society.
Paul Smith, 61, was seen unloading the three-week old puppies one-by-one out of a cardboard box in his truck.
The video horrified Humane Society employees who posted the video on Facebook Monday.
"I'm going to get you. I'm going to find out who did it. Because it's just not acceptable to do that to a baby puppy," an employee said in an interview with ABC-7.
Smith turned himself in and has been arrested and placed on administrative leave.
